This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Fundraising Support Team Manager to join our Community and Events Fundraising team. The successful applicant will have experience of line management and will be responsible for overseeing the workload of the Fundraising Support team and implement the successful delivery of online and telephone processes while ensuring exceptional supporter stewardship for all supporters, fundraiser and internal teams.
You will be highly organised with an analytic mind, have exceptional attention to detail, with a flexible and innovative approach. You will have experience of using a CRM system and be motivated by knowing you will be making a daily difference to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis and those who care for them. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust invests in cutting-edge research, drives up standards of clinical care, offers support for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis, and campaigns hard on the issues that matter.
Cystic fibrosis is chronically misunderstood, kills thousands worldwide and is carried unknowingly in the genes of millions. We’re here to beat it. We’d like you to join us in our fight.
As a national charity some travel across the UK will be needed in this role. So, a full UK driving license or access to a car is required or applicants must be able to demonstrate their ability to travel.
