It is an exciting time to join the charity and you will take responsibility for raising awareness of cystic fibrosis and the Trust through effective championing of social media within and by the organisation, developing campaign and channel-specific strategies for social media.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a unified, market-leading, innovative social media strategy that delivers results for the Trust’s ambitious communication/engagement strategy. You will act as the Trust’s social media expert and advise on the appropriate use of social media for internal/external communications and well as providing line management direction and support, using coaching and mentoring, to develop and motivate direct reports.
