Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes, whether it's guidance with a specific problem or just a friendly, knowledgeable person to chat to.
Our confidential Helpline offers a listening ear, as well as information and support on any aspect of cystic fibrosis, including financial support such as benefits and our welfare grants.
Helpline open hours
From 1 October, we are expanding the Helpline opening hours to 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
To give us time to handle all calls, we pick up our last call of the day 15 minutes before the Helpline closes. Our Helpline is operated by a small team, so if we're already on a call, your call will be directed to a voicemail service: please leave a message with your contact number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also leave a voicemail outside of office hours and we will return your call the next working day.

Calls to 0300 numbers cost no more than 5p per minute from a standard BT residential landline. Charges from other landlines and mobile networks may vary, but will be no more than a standard geographic call and are included in all inclusive minutes and discount schemes. If you are worried about the cost of the call, please tell us and we will call you back.
